Mr. K.N.Ananth


With more than twenty five years of working experience in the Software Industry, Ananth has been associated with several leading IT services Organizations in India. He has been instrumental in leading several organizations in their quality journey. His area of Specialization includes Project Management, Metrics and Measurements and Software Quality Assurance. He has extensively used CMM and CMMI models.

Ananth was the Corporate Quality Head at Polaris Software and DSQ Software. He was also heading the Process Excellence Group at Hexaware. In these roles he has led several quality initiatives such as CMM and CMMI appraisals, implementation of enterprise project management tools, process definition and process mergers, six sigma implementation etc.

Apart from Quality Management, Ananth has considerable experience in Software Development and Project Management.
